Meet Christina
Christina Liberty-Grimm is a dedicated NAR member at Lamacchia Realty whose career transformation began at the end of 2020. Transitioning from nearly twenty years in the restaurant and bar industry during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, Christina quickly discovered that her innate work ethic and passion for service were perfectly suited for real estate. In her first full year, 2021, her commitment and rapid adaptation earned her the title of Rookie of the Year at Lamacchia Realty. She also qualified for the 2024 Lamacchia Realty President’s Club by closing more than 33 transactions in the calendar year.
Her relentless drive is evident in every transaction, as Christina works tirelessly to ensure her clients’ success. Accustomed to the fast pace and high stakes of both the restaurant industry and the evolving real estate market during a global crisis, she anticipates challenges before they arise, solving problems and shouldering burdens so that her clients can feel confident every step of the way. Christina believes that every buying or selling experience is a life-changing journey—whether it’s a first home, a family estate, or a strategic investment—and she is committed to keeping the process positive and illuminating, from the initial showing to the final handover of keys.
A lifelong resident of Worcester, MA, Christina’s roots run deep in the Burncoat neighborhood, a community that has shaped her understanding of personal stories and diverse needs. Her years in hospitality taught her to read personalities and adapt to the unique requirements of each individual—a skill she now leverages to guide her clients with empathy and confidence.
Beyond real estate, Christina is an active community leader and wellness enthusiast. She currently serves as the Chair of the 2025 Member Engagement Committee at her local RACM board, where she helps foster a sense of camaraderie and shared success among her peers. An advocate of healthy living, she enjoys powerlifting, yoga, and pilates to keep both body and mind at peace. As a devoted mother—transitioning from a gymnastics mom to a jujitsu mom over the past four years—and an animal lover with a soft spot for rescues, Christina dreams of one day establishing her own animal sanctuary. Her husband’s description of her as “the light” encapsulates her mission: to brighten the lives of those she serves, ensuring every real estate experience is as smooth and uplifting as possible.
